Guildmaster Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Guildmaster, developed and published by Elroy Benjamins ("we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you use the Guildmaster mobile game.

Information stored by Guildmaster

Guildmaster does not currently require an account and does not operate a cloud save service. Game progress, heroes, settings, and other save information are stored locally on your device. We do not receive this local save data.

Advertising and information handled by Google

Guildmaster uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display rewarded advertisements, including advertisements associated with in-game milestones. Google may automatically collect or receive:

• your IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
• app and advertisement interactions, such as app launches, taps, and video views;
• diagnostic and performance information; and
• device identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID where available.

Google processes this information for advertising, analytics, service delivery, security, and fraud prevention. Information transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. Advertising may be personalized or non-personalized according to your region, device settings, and consent choices.

Your privacy choices

Where required, Guildmaster uses Google's consent tools before requesting advertisements. You can review available advertising choices from Settings → Manage Ad Privacy. Android also allows you to reset or delete your advertising ID through the device's privacy settings.

External services and links

The game may offer links to external services, such as the Guildmaster Discord community. Opening an external service is subject to that service's own privacy policy and practices. Guildmaster does not receive your Discord account information merely because the link is displayed.

Data retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you delete the relevant save, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Because Guildmaster does not currently maintain user accounts or cloud saves, we do not hold account data to delete. Information handled by Google is retained and deleted according to Google's policies and your Google or Android privacy controls.

Security

We limit Guildmaster's own data storage to local game data and use established platform and advertising SDK protections. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children's privacy

Guildmaster is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

International users

Advertising providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their safeguards and processing practices are described in their respective privacy documentation.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Guildmaster's features, service providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest revision.
